1. The HMC1075 Factory price hot sales cnc horizontal milling machine vertical machine center with 3/4/5 axis main components are optimized by finite element analysis, the main castiron is made of cast iron with stable metal log raphic structure, and the long-term accuracy of the machine tool is stable afteraging, sandblasting, tempering and other processes.
2. The machine tool adopts integral T-shaped casting bed, gantry column, positive hanging box head stock structure. Triangularreinforcing ribs are arranged inside the bed, and the structure of the bed is heavy, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and stable precision.
3. High rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo motor.
